TRAY SEALER
Traysealer can seal preformed trays, trays can be rigid or foam. This hygienic technology offers a leakproof guarantee for meat and poultry packaging. Typically used for poultry portions in trays with printer film for high production requirements.
THERMOFORMER
Thermoforming machine creates flexible pouches or rigid trays, with the ability to do MAP, vacuum, and skin applications. Thermoformer extends the shelf-life of meat and poultry products and enhances their appearance.
VERTICAL WRAPPER
The pack is formed by vertical flow pack wrapping machines. This packaging technology offers a completely hygienic pack, with high production capacities where the product is vertically charged. Ideal for frozen poultry (chicken) portions.
FLOW WRAPPER
Flow wrapper automatic machines for high production of meat and chicken. Horizontal packing using a single film coil with three weldings: two cross-weldings and one longitudinal welding. Flow wrapping machine offers resealable options as well as MAP to prolong shelf life.
STRETCH & SHRINK WRAPPER
Shrink wrapping machine for sealing chicken and meat in a pack, with or without tray. Stretch wrapper for pallet wrapping.
